The project proposes to repurpose of an existing 1960’s 6 storey office building in central Bristol, including the introduction of 3 new additional levels to provide student residential accommodation. The development includes 399 student bedrooms, in a mixture of studio and cluster apartments, along with rooftop amenity space and ground floor communal uses. The design reorganises the existing levels on its main elevation from Marlborough Street and introduces a mix of soft and hard landscaped amenity space to the building entrance. Start on site is planned for the end of 2024, with a targeting opening date of September 2026.
