The ECE Westworks team spend a lot of time at the office, busily collaborating to design and deliver our Clients’ projects. We are very aware that the ‘one size fits all’ concept of how people like to work simply does not fit with today’s working culture. With all team members working remotely via high-spec laptops the freedom to where and how we work as a team and individuals needs a flexible space offering multiple working environments. Our office provides this, with dedicated work spaces for each team member as a base, alongside the freedom of different working environment locations depending on the task or working style as the working day progresses.

The whole team is integrated, without separation of roles or responsibilities. Upon arriving at our office you will be greeted by a team member and invited into a private meeting room, enjoy a drink at our bar (with views of the City), join others at our various collaboration areas or simply ‘chill’ in one of our more secluded seating areas – depending on the activity required.
