A re-design of a high-end residence in an affluent neighbourhood of Poole with views over Poole harbour. ECE Westworks previously worked with the client to develop a similar site within the area, which has now been fully constructed.

This scheme extensively re-designs the existing residence and provides for a redeveloped, four bedroom dwelling that compliments the recent projects in the area, as well as being a positive contribution to the immediate context.

 

The successful Planning permission has increased the value of the address to circa £2m (almost doubling the original value), by redesigning the entire scheme comprehensively to allow spaces to flow between each other more comfortably, creating a family friendly home.
