A high-end private residential scheme comprising new build houses and extensive refurbishment of a former hotel in St Ives to create 6 marionettes, with views of Carbis Bay.
The property developer required a housing scheme that maximises the site’s potential both economically and aesthetically by providing a series of new homes on this otherwise residual piece of land. Each of the dwellings provide private external spaces accessible from the ground floor living accommodation through the newly formed terraces, which are designed to maximise the panoramic views of St Ives and the stunning Cornish north coast.
