Located on the site of an existing car park, the project comprises of 4 student residential blocks organised in a radial fashion, as well as a car parking block to house all parking spaces existing on site.

The proposals include green roofs and feature green walls to present a flagship approach to enhancing the local environment and green spaces. The buildings are set out in such a way as to maximise energy potential from rooftop PVs.

Each block connects at one end of the site, creating enclosed courtyards while maximising space efficiencies. The scheme has been designed to have a low visual impact on the local surroundings and blend into the natural environment.
