ECE Westworks were approached by a national hotel operator to provide a proposal for a prominent waterfront location in the City Centre Bristol. The proposal provides circa 150 5* quality bedrooms and 40 apart-hotel rooms in addition to a mixture of hotel uses at ground floor including restaurants and bars with a large first floor terrace with panoramic views over the historic harbour. The materials would utilise an exposed metal skeleton and complement with softer material to provide a dynamic and active façade and produce a landmark destination building.
