A complete regeneration of a large part of the High Town Regeneration Area, to provide a much needed mixture of tenure residential provision, creating 220 units.

Working closely alongside the Planning Consultant this scheme exceeded the Client’s capacity requirement for viability, pushing the envelope of massing and scale through clear communication and justification allowing the local Authority consultees to accept a larger development proposal.

The scheme integrates new through routes to create public amenity spaces throughout the dense residential capacity, with commercial and retail opportunities on the ground floors, whilst working with the challenging topography to maximise net areas.
