A refurbishment and extension to an existing commercial asset in Bristol. The brief called for the retention of the existing structure where possible, whilst generating more net lettable office space that offers competitive amenity spaces.

The design focuses on low energy interventions, maximising natural daylight whilst mitigating glare and overheating (a common area of concern for office spaces).
